01/27 - RESOLVED: FSUID Helpdesk Tool

The FSUID Helpdesk Tool maintenance has completed and service is restored. Information Technology Services (ITS) has completed the maintenance, and the FSUID registration, activation, and password reset are now functioning as normal.

01/24 - MAINTENANCE: Microsoft updates

ITS Core Windows systems will be serviced between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on SATURDAY, January 24, 2015, while Florida State Information Technology Services (ITS) installs security and critical updates released by Microsoft. The installation of these updates may result in intermittent connectivity to the systems and may require a restart of the systems.

  • Active Directory domain controllers
  • SharePoint servers
  • Exchange email servers
  • SQL database servers
  • Lync messaging servers

All ITS-hosted Windows systems will also be serviced and have security and critical updates installed between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. on SUNDAY, January 25, 2015.

Details Users are experiencing a problem when trying to reset their passwords via some of the areas of the FSUID system.  

Users may go directly to my.fsu.edu and the “Reset your password” link or go to one of the gateway pages: https://admissions.fsu.edu/undergradapp/?app=freshman and the “forgot password” link.

Technical support staff will have the service restored as soon as possible. Follow the ITS Newsfeed for an all-clear notice.
