2013/01/08 - November Verizon Changes

Due to an error with the Verizon
electronic file for November, wireless toll (call detail) charges and Other
Charges & Credits (OCC) reported on the November invoice are incorrect. ITS
and Verizon are working to correct this issue, and we anticipate all necessary
corrections will be reflected on the January ITS invoice.  The correction
will reflect the correct call detail that should have been reported on the
November invoice, as well as reporting the call detail for January. Therefore,
the January invoice will reflect call detail for two months for Verizon
cellular customers.  If you have any additional questions or concerns,
