Last night (01/30/2013) ITS conducted some minor updates to the load balancers that may have affected the Microsoft Exchange server's connectivity briefly. If you experienced a minor hiccup in service relating to email, please be aware that it was likely due to the changes made.
If you experience issues on a desktop/laptop, restart your Outlook client and if the issues persist, contact the ITS Central Service Desk through FSU Service Center (http://servicecenter.fsu.edu)
