ITS has completed the scheduled maintenance. Dialing 0 to access the Automated Directory (IVR) is now restored.
If you experience issues with the IVR system you can submit a case via the FSU Service Center at http://servicecenter.fsu.edu using either the "Service Center Login" or the "Service Center Email" to submit a Case. You may also call 850-644-4357 (644-HELP), Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm.
