Information Technology Services (ITS), in partnership with University Housing, has expanded Seminole Cable Vision from 68 channels to 120 channels. All Departments at Florida State University that subscribe to Seminole Cable Vision will receive the expanded lineup. Departments that currently receive Comcast digital tiered business subscriptions will not be affected by this change.
Seminole Cable Vision has expanded from 68 channels to 120 channels, including 70 channels of programming in high definition (HD).
How does this impact me?
To enjoy the expanded lineup, a television with a QAM tuner is required. This is standard in most recent LCD flat-screen televisions. Televisions equipped with legacy analog tuners will require an adapter to receive programming. If you do not use a digital cable box you may need to reprogram your TV.
