Information Technology Services (ITS) has resolved the issue affecting data in Microsoft Exchange public folders, including shared calendars, shared contacts, shared tasks, and shared notes. A message, which can be found below, will be distributed to all users directly impacted by this issue.

Information Technology Services (ITS) recently experienced an issue with Microsoft Exchange public folders, which include shared calendars, shared contacts, shared tasks and shared notes. As a result, any appointments and other information on these shared items that was entered between 8 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 17, 2014 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, August 19, 2014 has been lost and must be reentered.
The issue, which caused the loss of all public folder information, occurred while ITS was working alongside Microsoft to address a corrupted database. At the advice of Microsoft, ITS performed a restore of the last full public folders backup to resolve the issue.
